Summary

This section displays the summary of the action made by the update of Event/Data in the Work Order. These actions are defined in the Workflow definitions Events/Data field.

The below filter panel is used to search the action of Event/Data.

Workflow: Gives the name of the workflow

Event/Data: Gives the event/data where the action is defined

Title: Gives the title of the action

Action: Gives the type of action

Trigger: Gives the trigger type of action which can be On Change or On Date/Time

Form Name: Gives the form name (if applicable)

Updated by: Gives the name of the user name and date

Log

This section displays the action log of defined actions along with the result. Select the desired filter. Provide Event/Data Code or title or result or action.

Click on the Search button and the following details will be shown.

Workflow: Gives the name of the workflow

Event/Data: Gives the event/data where the action is defined

Title: Gives the title of the defined action

Actions: Gives the action defined in the event/data (Update event/data, Update asset, Send email, etc)

WOID: Gives the work order ID

Value: Gives the value updated in that event/data

Updated by: Gives the name of the user name and date

Result: Shows the status of the action
