Top Entities will display the top 20 Customers, Shippers, Receivers, Carriers, Transporters, Bonding Agents, and other entities within a time period. This feature is defined according to the maximum number of work orders created in descending order. It will also display the active work orders for particular entities.

The time period can be changed from 6, 12, 24, 36 months, or all time.
