This page allows to take action against multiple work order in bulk such as closing, deleting, re-opening etc. work orders. The action can only be taken by SysAdmins.

Work Order ID List: Enter the work order IDs against which needs to be taken. Work Order Id can be comma separated, Semi-colon, Tab or Line separated.

Result: Action against each work orders result is displayed here.

Reason: Mention reason to take action or requestor name who requests to take action.

Action: Select the action carefully from the drop-down menu which is supposed to be taken. Action can be Reset, Close, Cancel, Re-open, Delete.

And click on the 'Go' button to proceed.
