The Message Broadcast page allows users to broadcast some information to a large group of people, it could be customers, transporters, or any other large group. Click on the 'Create' button on the right top to create a new message for broadcast. The following window appears:

After clicking on the "Create" button, the next page will be popped up as shown below screenshot:

• 1. Select the recipients by defining appropriate filters in Entity Type, User Roles, and From Countries. If the Entity Type filter is chosen, a maximum of 4 countries can be selected. SysAdmins of TrakIT are always included as recipients.

  2. Enter the Content of the email.

  3. The subject can be modified after creating it.

An attachment can be added if desired. Click on the "Add files" button, the following window appears:

Select file. The file will be added automatically.
