Report an Issue
To report an issue, you need to specify the details in the following dialog box:
Description of issue: Give a clear description of the issue.
Menu or Page Location & Approx Time: Specify which part of the application is producing the issue and approximate the time of occurrence.
T/D or S/I, WO, Workflow, or Entity reference: Specify the shipment/work order number, workflow name, or entity reference.
Attachment/Screenshot: Upload a file or screenshot to describe the issue better.
Click on Submit to report the issue to TrakIT Support.
