Data Retention Policy
Data Retention Policy refers to keep TrakIT performing efficiently and fast. It helps to periodically reduce the load on the database by purging and deleting old data from the database.
This policy defines when TrakIT starts purging old data from the database. The settings for this policy can be found at Admin > TrakIT Management > Data Retention Policy. The default settings are displayed below:
The default period for Work Orders is 7 years (84 months). Period can be increased maximum to years
