Custom Status Updates

The Custom Status Updates page allows users to send customized fields to customers when Notify Customer field is selected for various events in a workflow, instead of sending the mail in a fixed format. The customized status updates list is displayed as follows:

Creating a New Status Update

Click on the 'Create New' button to add a new custom update for the workflow. The following window opens up:

    1. Select the source of the field from Source drop-down. It can be: Header, Events, Data, or KPIs.
    2. Select Field Name from drop-down list.
    3. Provide a Column Name, that will reflect in the status updates. This can be same as or similar to the Field Name.
    4. Create on the 'Save' button.

Editing a Status Update

Click on the icon to edit a status update. All the fields can be edited as required.

Deleting a Status Update

Click on the icon to delete a status update. A confirmation dialog box appears, click on the 'Delete' button to delete the status update.
