Event Update Delay
An Event Update Delay gives statistics about event updates and delays based on event name and user. The report can be generated using the following filter selection:
Select the desired filters and click on the 'Generate Report' button. A sample report is given below:
The following columns are displayed:
Workflow/Event/User: Gives the name of the workflow, event, and user
Event Count: Gives the number of events
Average Delay: Gives the Average delay of events.
Maximum Delay: Gives the maximum delay of events.
Click on any number that is a link, to drill down and see which work orders fall in that particular column category. A sample is given below:
