News

This section provides any new information about the business in general, new features or modifications implemented in TrakIT or any other relevant information that needs to be communicated to all TrakIT users or specific users for a company within TrakIT.

Shown below is a sample News page.

Click on the "Add News" button the open the following dialog:

Specify the Title and News Detail. An external Url can be specified if required. If the news is specific to a company or companies in TrakIT, please select the respective companies. By default, the News article is emailed to all internal and active users. If you would like to post the news without sending the email, please de-select the checkbox.

Once the news is posted, it is emailed immediately (if selected). If you do not have the permission to post news, please contact your administrator or contact TrakIT Support.
