A Data Quality Report measures the data quality for selected workflows during a specific date range. This basically measures the event and data completeness of any workflow (which in turn has a direct impact on the report quality as seen by customers).

The following image displays the filter selection panel for this report:

Select the workflows for which the report is to be generated. The date range can be added in the 'From' and 'To' boxes under Date Range filter. Alternately, for quick selection of dates, click on

Select the desired time interval for which the report is to be generated and click on the 'Generate Report' button.

A sample report is given below:

For all the events in a workflow, this report displays the following information:

• Total Events The sum total of the number of work orders containing each event.

• Missing The total number of missing events in the selected workflows.

• Missing % The percentage of missing events in the selected workflows.

• NA The number of event fields with event value as NA.

• NA % The percentage of the number of event fields with event value as NA.

• TBA The number of event fields with event value as TBA.

• TBA % The percentage of the number of event fields with event value as TBA.

• Update Delay The average number of days taken by a user to update an event.

For all the data items in a workflow, this report displays the following information:

• Total Items The sum total of the number of work orders containing each data item.

• Empty The total number of data fields that are empty in the selected workflows.

• Empty % The percentage of empty data fields in the selected workflows.

• NA The number of data fields with event value as NA.

• NA % The percentage of the number of data fields with event value as NA.

• TBA The number of data fields with event value as TBA.

• TBA % The percentage of the number of data fields with event value as TBA.

Click on any number that is a link, to drill down and see which work orders in the workflow have event values given in that particular column. Clicking on Missing event 'Discharged' event displays the list of all work orders where this event is missing, as given below:

Using this report, users can trace which work orders have missing events and can take necessary action.
