Work Order Items

Under the Items tab, users can add any items which are needed for the specific work order. A sample is given below:

The following columns are displayed:

Adding Work Order Items

Click on the 'Add Item' button at the bottom of the page to add the item in the work order. The following dialog box pops up:

  1. Select the item name in Item Name.
  2. Select area from the drop-down list.
  3. Select Storage Owner. It can either 'Not Owned' or 'Owned by customer' selected against the work order.
  4. Once Storage Owner is selected, Storage will appear to select storage.
  5. Enter Quantity.

Modifying Work Order Item

Click on the icon to modifying item. The following window pop ups:

Item Name cannot be modified. Make desired changes and click on save button.

Deleting Work Order Item

Click on the icon for deleting any work order item.
