A Job Status provides information about work order count for every event in the selected workflow. The report can be generated using the following filter selection:

Select the desired filters and click on the 'Generate Report' button. A sample report is given below:

The following columns are displayed:

• 1. Workflow/Events: Gives the name of workflow and events.

  2. WO Count: Gives the total number of the work orders.

  3. Oldest: Gives the period of occurrence last event.

  4. Latest: Gives the period of occurrence latest event.

Click on any number that is a link, to drill down and see which work orders fall in that particular column category. A sample is given below:
