Email Log

The Email log page displays all sent and received emails to/from TrakIT and also the excluded email which is bounced for some reason.

Usually, these emails are those through which users are making updates in the application. But it can also contain bounced emails from customers or users.

The list of emails can be viewed based on the Sender's/Recipient's Name, Email Subject and/or Email Body. 
Click on the email to view the contents of the email(include Customer name, Workflow, Attachments if any).

Click on the Excluded tab to display the bounced email that has been excluded. Click on the icon  to remove from the excluded list.
